Two separate money paths
When you trade on Exness your funds actually move along two independent routes. One is broker deposits and withdrawals, handled by Exness and its payment providers. The other is your rebate settlement and payout, handled by MingHui FX. Rebates do not appear in your Exness balance on their own — unless you choose "back to the broker balance" when requesting a payout. Telling the two apart prevents most "my rebate never arrived" tickets.

Deposits: instant by default
Exness processes deposits automatically; most e-wallets and local channels credit instantly, while bank cards and cross-border transfers follow banking clearing and take longer. Minimums split by tier: Standard and Pioneer from $1, Raw Spread and Zero require $2000 on the first deposit. Choose USD as the account currency — it has the widest channel coverage and the least conversion drag.
If a deposit has not landed, check its status in the Exness deposit and withdrawal history first: "processing" means it is still with the channel; only escalate to an Exness support request once the stated maximum time for that method has passed. MingHui FX never collects deposits on your behalf — any "assisted deposit" or "internal channel" offer is not official.
Withdrawals: same-channel-first
Exness describes withdrawals as automated, with most methods settling instantly; the help centre adds that non-instant requests are still normally accepted within 24 hours, depending on the payment method. Anti-money-laundering rules mean funds go back the way they came: the amount you deposited must return through the same channel, and only the profit above that can use another method. For a first withdrawal, simply reuse the channel you deposited with.
- Confirm verification is complete — unverified accounts cannot withdraw.
- Check free margin: lots held by pending orders must be released first.
- Pick the original channel, enter the amount, then track it in the withdrawal history.
How rebate payouts run
Rebates are tallied from the previous day of trading, released into your MingHui balance within three business days of the broker settling with us, and withdrawn once the balance reaches $50. USDT (TRC-20) normally arrives within 24 hours of on-chain confirmation, bank transfers take one to three business days, and rebates returned to a broker balance follow that broker's crediting time. Cycles are covered in rebate settlement cycles and the steps in how to withdraw your rebates.
FAQ
How long does an Exness withdrawal take?
Most methods are processed instantly by the system; non-instant requests are normally accepted within 24 hours, with actual timing set by the payment channel and bank clearing.
Can I withdraw to someone else's bank account?
No. The receiving account must match the name on your verified profile; third-party payouts are rejected.
Do rebates go into my Exness account?
They settle into your MingHui balance by default. Choosing the broker-balance option at payout sends them to Exness, timed by that broker's crediting schedule.
What if my deposit never arrives?
Check the channel status in the Exness history first, then raise a support request with Exness once the stated maximum time has passed. No deposit is ever collected through MingHui FX.
